A credit card is required to book all appointments. The card will not be charged prior to your appointment unless you choose the "pay now" option. Otherwise the card will not be charged until your service is complete. Other payment options include CASH and ZELLE.
•All appointments must be booked online. Including prepaid appointments.
•Pre paid appointments are NOT transferrable.
•Do not consume any caffeine before your appointment.
•Please come with clean lashes free of any makeup. If lashes aren’t clean a cleansing fee will be applied.
•Please arrive on time. After 10 minutes late the appointment will be rescheduled and 50% of the service will be charged.
•All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours before appointment time or 50% of the service will be charged.
•Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
•No additional guests are allowed at your appointment.
•Masks are still required in my suite.
•No refunds on any services or products.
•No exceptions!
LASH FILL POLICY: Please keep in mind, returning clients booking for a fill. ALL FILLS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 3 WEEKS of the last appointment and 40% of lashes are required. Anything after 3 weeks and less than 40% will have to be a full set. DO NOT BOOK A FILL IF IT IS PAST 3 WEEKS. Appointments will be canceled or rescheduled for the correct service if booked after 3 weeks for a fill ( if available) So if you have to question whether it’s a fill or not? It’s probably not? Please book for what you truly need.
If you are a new client with lashes looking to book a fill, please book a foreign fill.
FOREIGN FILLS: A foreign fill should only be booked by NEW OR RETURNING CLIENTS who have previously gotten their last full set or last fill done with another business in the last 3 weeks. Please do not book for a regular fill as the appointment will be changed to a foreign fill if applicable and the price for the correct service will be apply.
